Non-Disclosure

All client information acquired by Aperion for Life, Inc. and its' members remain private and will only be discussed within a company setting concerning the well being of it's clients.

Medical Policy

Aperion for Life, Inc. and its members will not bear any responsibility for non-disclosure of information regarding the well being, health and life of its clients. This includes all medical information, family history and medications. Aperion for Life, Inc. reserves the right to cancel without refund if it finds reasonable cause.

Aperion for Life, Inc. reserves the right to ask and receive a written/authorized doctor notification regarding the current health of the client.

Individual Medical Insurance is required to participate in physical activities conducted with Aperion for Life, Inc. and it's members.

Insurance

Aperion for Life, Inc. carries a liability insurance policy for individuals and groups.

Disclaimer

We are not physicians, registered dieticians, nutritionists nor psychologists.

We are not and do not associate ourselves with evangelical groups or cults. We do not prescribe medicines or make claims regarding curing disease and illnesses. We offer guidance and advice regarding what we believe is safe and effective guidance. We have appropriate certifications, education, knowledge and expertise in the fields of soft tissue, massage therapy, exercise science, exercise metabolism, sub clinical health advice, strength and conditioning, lifestyle-wellness-sport-fitness coaching, orthopedic assessment, metabolic assessment and metabolic typing.

Aperion for Life, Inc. does not want to be perceived as a cult nor an evangelical platform. Our viewpoints are rooted in science and based on common sense experience. We feel strongly that the Mind must first be understood in order to realize lasting improvements. The "M" in the MILE method comes first so that all else is achievable.

Limits and Liability

Aperion for Life, Inc. will not be liable for injuries not directly due to negligence by Aperion for life or it's members.

Intellectual Property

All copy written and trademarked logos, words, designs, systems, methods, names and materials created by Aperion for Life can not be used or sold without the expressed written consent of Aperion for Life.

Deliverables

Deliverables make up consultations, phone, email, assessment, testing, interpretation of results, program design, personal coaching-lifestyle, fitness, wellness and sport performance and travel related programs.

Program Defined and Results

Clear and well-defined programs are to be expected. The results of a program are based on the program structure, frequency, commitment and implementation. There is a shared responsibility. Honesty and hard work are important factors in realizing the results you desire.

Communication

Email and voice mail can be unreliable methods of communication. Be sure to keep copies of dates and times of important efforts to communicate with Aperion for Life, Inc.

Testing

Testing is used as an objective method of assessing the client's lifestyle, health, metabolism and physiological fitness capacities. Tests are included in some programs and are offered as add on services. Many tests are required and recommended. Testing is a way of insuring competence and safety regarding the wellness and fitness of our clients.

Client Responsibility and Compliance

Any client that commits to a program has the responsibility to adhere to the program in the manner in which it was written and taught. Aperion for Life, Inc. reserves the right to know about any other modalities of health and fitness a client engages due to safety success and safety issues.

This refers to the need for each client to be open, honest and responsible regarding scheduling, promptness, payment and commitment to the program. Any concerns or fears must be brought to the attention of Aperion for Life. We can only assume the program or service is fine unless you otherwise bring it to our attention.

Notices and Updates

Must be made by email, phone or writing by both parties. Make sure dates and copies of any notices are maintained.

Non Exclusivity

Both parties do not have an exclusive relationship or partnership of any kind. We do encourage communicating any involvement with other programs or individuals that may present influence to the contracted program(s) by Aperion for Life, Inc. and/or its members.

Payment

Funds are to be received in advance prior to any type of service to be rendered. Payment methods include wire transfer, cash, certified checks and accepted credit cards-additional processing fees of 3-5% may be applied for charges equal to or greater than 1000.00/US.

Payments of Retainer fees guarantee Aperion for Life, Inc.'s appointment, testing and program design time. There are no exceptions.

Fees and Charges

All programs and service fees represent an integration of education, experience and skill. The cost is based on consultation time, evaluation/testing, interpretation of tests and results, program development and management, personal coaching and education.

One time administrative fees may apply to initiating certain programs.

Rates

All program costs and rates are subject to review of change at any time. A minimum of a 10% increase will be added to all programs, products and services each fiscal year.

Hourly Rates, Products, Programs and Services

Proprietary products of Aperion for Life have a warranty period of 30 days upon purchase. All products that represent affiliation with Aperion for Life are subject to their own return policies and warranties.

Services of Aperion for Life are to be rendered in a timely and reasonable manner.

Resale

All programs developed and sold to its clients cannot be resold.

Deferment of Service

All programs have up to 12 months deferment from the time a written and accepted statement is received.

Refund Policy

A review process will precede any decisions regarding refunds.

Program Validation

Programs have a finite beginning and end date and are neither non-transferable nor changeable.

Program Changes, Refusal and Cancellation

Aperion for Life, Inc. and its' members reserve the right to alter or change a programs structure or content as well as the cost. Aperion has the right to refuse a candidate without reason. Aperion has the right to cancel a program at any time due to negligence of any type without refund.

Travel Expenses

All travel expenses are to be paid for by the client. This includes taxi, cab, limo, boat, plane, helicopter, hotel, meals and service tips. Other expenses may include loss of work time. Travel arrangements and trips must be made 2 weeks in advance. A day rate based on the number of days at average daily income must be paid for in advance if a trip is requested within that 2-week time frame.

Additional Costs or "Add-ons"

These are products and services that are not part of an existing program and/or recommended as supplementary necessity to enhance the quality of the program. These can also be purchased apart from any program. Additional costs may include delivery charges and travel expenses.

Invoices

Aperion for Life, Inc. can and will provide detailed invoices for products, programs, services and any "Add-ons" or "Extra" charges.

Hiring, Human Resource and Licensing

Aperion for Life, Inc. will accept applications and inquiries regarding the use of any Aperion for Life, Inc. methods, logos, designs, products and services. This includes working in capacities ranging from accounting, PR, agent and marketing for Aperion for Life.

Aperion welcomes applications for individuals seeking a self-employment opportunity. Taxation in the form of 1099. We offer the framework and education for you to begin your business as a representative of Aperion for Life, Inc.

Outside Contractors

Hiring outside contractors is not common but may be permissible in certain situations. It is our obligation to ask all clients to submit written approval of such a situation. Aperion for Life, Inc. highly scrutinizes any relationship with any outside service. Aperion for Life, Inc. does not accept responsibility regarding outside contractor negligence.

Other Health Care Providers

Aperion for Life, Inc. must be told of any other healthcare providers or a coach affiliated with its contracted clients.

Force Majeure

In the event of a disaster, injury or death of either party.

All programs, products and services are not subject to refund or completion until either party is deemed able to continue by an attorney and/or physician.
