I’d like to thank those who have influenced my life. I’ve been rewarded with love of life, physical gifts, mentors and wisdom. I’ve been the recipient of random acts of kindness. I’ve experienced the lessons of the arduous journey of training-life, pain and mistakes, relationships and education. I’ve showed the courage to take chances and travel.
Lastly, the exposure to teachers, education systems, triathlon coaches, physiologists, books, and family have all helped shape my thought process.
