The M.I.L.E Method Overview
Mindset
The "M" Mindset refers to the importance and relevance of the Mind's capacities to empower or limit our lives. The popular quote, “Have an open mind” references the value of possessing a mental willingness or openness. Many of us suffer from the ill affects of chaotic thinking or a mindset that is rigid and hardened. This method offers metaphorical examples or non-ideological, non-religious teachings aimed to be a catalyst in all of our programs.
Inspiration
The "I" Inspiration refers to inspiring people to expand their minds and lives. It’s a pleasant feeling to have purpose in life. Our programs implement Inspiration and an attention to discovering or cultivating one’s purpose. Inspiring people to realize fulfillment is one of our missions.
Our leadership makes this all possible.
Lifestyle
The "L" in Lifestyle refers to geography, environment, family, social, food, daily routine, responsibility, occupation, attention to purpose and relaxation. Lifestyle is the tangible part of life. We assist you to design the optimal Lifestyle for you. This leads us to the "E" Effect.
Effect
The "E" Effect in the M.I.L.E method refers to the effect we have on the lives of others and the environment. By paying attention to effect we in turn take responsibility for our lives. We learn to honor our lives, other lives and become very aware of the power of action.
